I have just obtained photos of a fish system for sale [ its the original plant fron Bundura uni greensborough] theres 2 fish tanks 3 to4 thousand litres each 2 others 1 thousand litres each
Swirl Bio And Screen filters air blowers stand by gen set switch over set the whole box and dice this system is now for sale he will not break up [all or nothing]

The big ones are 3000 litres - though a bit less than that once you factor in that water will not be to the brim.

there even seems to be a foam factionator in there. (AKA protein skimmer)

Well put it this way - I've had a 3000 litre one in the buy, swap, sell area for a while now, listed at $1000 - no bites. Of course given the scale of what they have there, the price per piece of equipment would be less than what I have asked.

VB can get a 4500lt poly corrugated tank about 900 high new for $969 delivered

Maybe so Nocky - but these are purpose built aquaculture tanks - shaped to still move solids to centre but also to be space efficient. They are slightly sloped at bottom, have 80mm pressure fitting centre drain and are on built in legs.

To buy new you are looking at at least $1500, not to mention (for me in Qld) the cost of delivery ($900).
