Chumpion, don't know what the streets in your area are like but people here would fill it up with empty cans and bottles on way home from pub, they would probably empty their bladders in it as well, and all veggies would disappear along with the pump and plumbing and fish, (I really live in a nice area, until the pub closes) also you may have council issues with having your fish out front, more accessible to little kiddies ETC
