It was along time ago jessy, 97 or 98 I think, we were fixing all the phone lines running to that exchange where the tower prolly is now.
Don't remember all that much :drunken: exept the fishing was great.
Oh, I remember that the big cyclone went through about 2 months after we finished (the one where the fishermen got killed as they weren't allowed into harbour for some reason)

Hows this , the slimy cod grow out hatchery in carnarvon had given a mate a few cods to take out tn the desert , ( just east of Carnarvon ) to put in the damn at the homestead. They already have barra there, a bit of sport i suppose, and those fish are kicking. They ate all the bara smaller than them!!!! Unbelievable. i might have to give them a call, see if they would like to part with a fish or two. I was so  to hear that . Possiblities seem endless.

looking great, i am amazed by the growth of plants.
Is the offal coming from the tank uneaten grated squid? if so perhaps feeding less per feed more often would help. I find my trout waste food if they dont eat it straight away, but are hungry a few hours later, so i feed twice a day
