No, I haven't added a growbed yet, but I :D :D HAVE to tell you :D this:
"The plants look fantAbulous !! :D :flower: :colors:  :cyclopsani: :geek: :D "

So you newbies who are trying to learn from my mistakes from others systems : Here is an important point :

As everybody says, that boring thing called 'patience' is so effective, don't disregard it. (Of course patience does not mean being lazy)

 Oh no a drawing would never do arrgh!

 hehe

You mean I draw a bigger plant as the real plant grows bigger? That's really funny.

I can borrow my neighbour's mobile phone (which has a camera). Have to wait for daylight until tomorrow.

Rant ahead:
In India we are not so poor anymore  . Though there are poor people, the middle class is rising fast.
Almost anyone has a mobile phone and lots of them have cameras in them. The phone's camera quality varies from pathetic black and white to some sony cyber shot or whatever higher. Many people have 'pure' digital cameras too (not phone-with-camera) . The analog camera is phased out basically.

But in our house my father is not a tech-philia person so he does not want to accumulate gadgets. I am still a student and in a year I shall be employed.

Then you'll see - with financial independence, I can allocate a large portion of the money for AP haha.
:) You just wait to see my systems when I'm employed. :)

Final word : tomorrow I may get some pics, but don't expect super quality like macro photography and stuff.

Don't worry about mobile phones/digital camera's / laptops ,,,are you happy ? That is the MOST important question.

I ask because of what you wrote about middle class of India and not being so poor anymore.
I have watched my country change a lot for the last 40 years,,now we are much richer, everyone has 2 or 3 mobile phones, laptop and shiny new car.But I do NOT think we are as happy as before.
My wife is from Thailand and the King of Thailand is trying to get the people to understand that having money but ignoring other things in life does not make happiness.

Anyway,,,such is life.

Ah yes yes very true.

You understand this, Thailand must be similar.

True happiness is experienced in the villages, especially if you are a relative there the whole village is filled with realtives. You are beaming and content even if you are poor there. No stress.

The small towns are intermediate in happiness and wealth.

The cities - usually horrid places where you shuttle like a worm in a guided tube between a cubicle and another cramped cubicle called home but get a lot of money and the associated 'luxuries'. You get to watch lots of TV too (boo). The outdoors is black aspalt or glass towers. Beautiful ? Ain't it? Not for long. Look at the animals outside - amazing fast metal horses that don't even need to poop (ah yes they help thaw some glaciers far away but thats ok)

Of course it's exagerated and it is possible to live happily in cities doing non-cubicle, interesting work and have good social and psychological support. But I speak in general.

I think we need a balance between the two things,,,have some luxuries but also have time for family and friends (especially our children). I don't really need a mobile phone but I've got three of them,,,pretty silly.
The 3 most important things in my life are asleep at home ,,my little son , my baby daughter and their mother.I look forward to the day that I can spend lesstime at work and more time with them ,but that will take a long time if I keep buying mobile phones and unimportant things like that.

:) But I am quite very happy (content).

I think this is because in India family bonds are given much importance and in spite of wealth. (I say in general; there are always exceptions)

Example: * Education is funded by your parents till university. No part time jobs - the student just needs to study and relax when he's not doing that (or do AP).
* Marriages are 'arranged', that is facilitated by parents. No stress of finding mate (oh man where in the world do you have your parents tearing up THEIR hair trying to find the right spouse for you?)
* Another example of the bonding is this - even cousins and nieces are considered indistinguishable from your blood brothers/sisters. There is no separate word for cousin/niece, they are all called your brothers or sisters. So the family tree is HUGE and in working order. Relatives' relatives' relatives...
* We still have some joint families even in cities. (In towns and villages joint families are quite ubiquitous)

I may be young and inexperienced and some things may be silly so please excuse me. I am only 20 years old and this is not supposed to be a mature enough age to discuss such things anyway so there I have my excuse...
