Hi SNAG,

My build hasnt started yet. Only 2 of the 4 boxes of bits have arrived from the Netherlands. I am hoping that the rest of the parts arrive this week so I can get going with this project - very frustrating weighting for freight and customs! I guess the positive with the delay is that it gives me a chance to clear space for the build in the garage and also allows me to get the AP system up and running which is now hapily set up and runing as of today (well 1 of the 3 grow beds is anyway) :D

Keep us up to date ... looks really interesting. I have bookmarked one of these for 'ron. I suppose they sent you boxes 1 and 3, and you need box 1 and 2 to start!!!
I love my Trice, really comfortable. I can ride for long distances now with no pain in my butt, wrists, neck, or lower back.

You got it! I also like to have everything laid out ready to go so I can get my head in the right space to build :)

Yes they are great arent they! When I was building recumbents and selling them all over the world one of the most exciting parts of the business was getting emails from people like yourself saying how wonderful it was to be able to exercise without pain or discomfort - keep it up! Its also bloody fun to go screaming down the road with your butt a few inches off the deck! Makes you feel like a kid in a go-cart again!

It use to be - but there are more Kangaroos bouncing down the street in Canberra so they thought it was more appropriate that it become the capital...

Now that they have shot(culled) all of the kangaroos in Canberra, do we now have to look for a new capital?

Been a while folks, I have been overwhelmed with many pressing duties...

The trike is everything I had hoped for... :geek:
Thighs like steel springs now, fearless of hills, and coming down the other side is a blast... 60 - 70 kph with my rear end 150mm off the tarmac
I ride everywhere, pretty much, and when I stop, there always seems to be someone who comes over and wants to talk... initially about the trike, then the conversation goes all over the place. Apart from being green and healthy, this bicycling thing is a great social outing. Seems like bike sales are going through the roof at the moment, as fuel rises, so does demand for the humble treadlie. Not a bad thing.
It looks like we may pack everything up in a few months/year or so and move to beautiful Canberra... means that the AP will be on hold a bit longer... ah well, more time to collect bits and pieces... anyone try trout in the ACT?
