Looks like a nice piece of land.
Being outdoors, are birds a problem in your area?

Hi Zix,
nice big tank :D do you know the volume of it? Make sure you give it a good shovelling out before putting your fish in there ;)

The distance to the power pole looks to be about 50m? Will you be able to get it safely to the fish tank?

Oh, look at all that ripe citrus!

is almost 12000L, no trouble whit power ,the help that i need is best way to put GB.
i dont use sump , so GB must be above tank.
the tank gets water true a channel but only fill half, so gone close that and fill from borehole, needs to be clean. must wait bit because i have a tennent that use the grass for the sheep  so can not put my truck in there , he must cut the grass first.
beside the citrus i have lots of Diospyros kaki http://www.floridata.com/ref/D/diosp_ka.cfm

If you can get the tubs for free and plumbing bits at reasonable cost, then use as many of those as you can. Then start building lumber-n-liner grow beds to make up what you need for your stocking density.

I find that the way the fish is prepared makes all the difference to me. I'm not a big fan of eating fish usually but the cook has prepared tilapia for me that I liked.

So long as you can keep the water above 55 F or 13 C the tilapia (depending on breed) should be able to survive. To get good growth though you want water much much warmer than that most of the time.

i have asked some friends in chiclids foruns to get me some, so far iam gettin a M and 2F of tilapia maree, and they are trying to get some mossambic , but they are a bit afraid that i dont lose some in rivers because they can survive here. my idea is to keep water a lest 18/20 C from november till march. , the rest i must worry about over 30c temp
