Took a little bit, still think the old style with the portal page was cool, but this one has a few things I really like. For example, when having conversations via PM, you can view the history of the message with that subject line. Kinda cool. Hope everyone else is getting used to it too. Change is as good as a holiday :D

it also seems that when you turn off, your unread posts still hang around, making it easier to keep up

yeah, that is good. I liked knowing how many posts since last log in, is that feature still here?

I find it a little discouraging that as soon as I get on, everyone is offline - I think you all are hiding from me. :(

Well I prefer this style forum ,, being a newbie I only had a day or two before the old one crashed. Simple straight forward controls , easy reading and all the little extras one could ask for :)
I hope it has all the functions that "Mrs Spam killer" and other Moderators require.

does anyone else with Firefox have an issue with the forum text size when it first opens? I have to increase the size each time.

Is there some way to set it permanently? I seem to recall doing something previously, but I can't remember exactly what and how to set it.

okay, just had a play and I got it sorted. Go to Tools, Options, Content, Fonts & Colours, Advanced. Then set the minimum text size to something appropriate.

good.
