Hi ya Ems.... how'd that system of yours go through winter mate.... got any pics

I'll take some pics when I get home from work tonight. The fish and the plants survived the winter in my garage. The greenhouses are making incremental progress in spite of high winds, snow, ice, rising costs of materials, clutter, lack of time, etc. I just wish I had the faith to quit my job and start aquaponics full time.
I want to set up a website where I can post realtime data from my (yet to be purchased and assembled) one-wire temperature network that will be monitoring performance of my greenhouse.
Since I'm in the planning stages, I'm open for suggestions as to what (and where) parameters I should measure.
I'm thinking that a year or two of temperature data with production stats and electricity and gas usage tracking might be inspiring for other would-be aquaponics growers.
I have reserved several spots at a local farmers market for this summer. By then, hopefully I can have enough produce to sell and maybe some glossy trifold brochures explaining the whys and hows of my particular brand of aquaponics.
Dreaming comes first.
