Tim, you might want to rethink on weekly topups - I am using 30l/day (40 in summer) and I think FF said at one time he was adding 200l/week (this is dependent on GB sizes etc)

Either look at a daily test and dump or even hourly - just a thought

ELK: I missed your post somehow... You have a good point. I will see when I get to that stage...

OK... I know a few of you have been waiting on a update to the pressure sensor plan... Well I installed the first pressure sensor today.

Materials list:
1 x MPX2010DP Differential Pressure sensor. FREE (samples... hehe)
1 x 80 x 50 x 30mm Bulkhead enclosure (jaycar) ~$3.50
2 x Small Cable Glands (Cat5e size) ~$2.00
1 x Larger Cable gland to suit airline hose. (Depends on airline hose) ~$1.50
2 x Rubber Grommets to suit Airline hose ~$0.50
1 x Length of Cat5e cable
1 x Length of Airline hose

I won't write a full instruction set just yet... I will wait until I know it will all work first... But the above gives you an idea of cost...

In the mean time see if you can make sense of the pictures....
