When it is time to harvest do you just drain the freezer and put it on freeze mode. Brings new meaning to a cool way to preserve the catch.

I agree about leaving the strawberrys in the troughs as they are and you could probably use the pre-existing bio filter and/or add any sort of gravel grow beds to keep your water quality and nutrients at desired levels for the fish stocking levels.
