Some people have talked about using large (like casting) size nets to hurd them to one area. Or gates.

The traps might be your best bet. Don't feed them, make them go into the trap to get food.

Maybe you could slide a big piece of cheap plastic netting across the bottom of the tank making sure the fish are above it, then lift the net up slowly and evenly all around the tank to trap the fish in the middle of the net?

If you have a vessel to pump the water out into, the less water in the tank the better. Good luck, perchies are depending on you

the tank is 10000L they will need a pretty big vessel to make a difference.

Can you fill all the growbeds and the sump and stop the pump, it would lower the water level. And dynamite!!!
No just joking
Maybe try at night with a torch and nets or put an even bigger fish in then fish him out.
another way would be to get them used to eat at one spot and hang a net underneath, when they feed pull the net up.
Or fish them out with fishing rods, debarb the hook and they shouldn't be damaged by it as long as they don't swallow the hook to far.

But i suppose that there is no non pollutant ways of easy fish catching.

Maybe you could makes cages in the tank for the silvers and release them when they are big enough not to be eaten.
To make a cage just needs a pipe ring, make it with plumbing devices like 4 elbows and piping, get the net from the inside of the ring and sow or fix it on the net after being over the pipe. You could probably do one with fly mesh as netting.

hope this helps
