Just absolutely brilliant, Faye - meaning the photography and the plants, and obviously the fish must be doing a brilliant job too!! Just LOVE the photo of the monarch larva - handsome creature isn't he?

Yes Robyn, I think he is very handsome but I am still not sure which end is the front. A bit like some trains. I wonder if I get a really close up shot if I will be able to tell. I am also trying to get a shot of them eating. We should have new babies hatching this week. (Not in the aquaponic system.)

Do you need an underwater camera for that and a microscope?
Sounds like you are halfway anyhow, keep up the good work.

Just finished dinner and the results were, well not too bad. Brings new meaning to the term slow food. By the time you build it, grow it, harvest it, kill it, clean it and then cook it before you eat it, hopefully it's worth the wait.

Trying to impress the relatives. Dad said he enjoyed the fish even though he said it is not real because he didn't catch it in the ocean.
I thanked him for being polite.
