just contacted the dick he claims he did not understand ebay he wanted $250 each so it looks like savage gold fish missed out to he is shitting himself when i told him he could be charged with fraud

I am afraid that he has to sell them at the ebay price - if he did not put a reserve price in - he looses. Can be pursued through ebay if he does not follow through with sale.

Yep it's clearly stated that both seller and bidder are entering into a "binding" contract..... hold him to it guys.

You could be concilitory and suggest that you'll take one at the bid price and allow him to re-auction the other...

unfortunately he has a feedback rating of zero and has probably only joined to sell these items so is not worried about negative feedback. and at the end of the day who's gonna persue it legally?

ebay will for their final value fees of a few bob. but not the buyer. unless its VB
