I wish I could get grow beds at a good price. Those look good :thumbright:

I made a 100 mile round trip to my nearest hydroponic supplier yesterday and they decided to go fishing :angryfire: They dont even keep regular store hours.

Hey Lungy

I got a Dingo. I had an idea to line my rake bucket with shadecloth and then use that to wash and move the gravel.

WA is now the AP world capital, the contagion is growing so fast...
Two topics a day from newbies of WA...
You'll have the politics buying gear soon too to keep in relation with the people, an AP representative at Canberra...
Better have to control a bit i'd suppose before the gouv will get laws in place to get their GST tax money from all of you won't be buying!

Joined the 100 mm DWV pipe to the tubs with a 50 mm plug & waste to a 100 mm to 50 mm socket reducer and generous amounts of gunk around all joins.
Looking to fill the beds next week with hydroton.
Then it`s cycling time :)

My 2 cents...
I wonder if you could use an L.I.T (level invert taper) rather than a socket??
I only say this because LITs may have less of a crap trap since they are
cone shaped and not just a regular socket??

Did originally buy L.I.T`s for the job but decided on sockets because my side ways movement towards the fence is limited and every mm counts. The plug and waste grate inside the tubs pull out and will be easy to clear out the sockets if and when it needs cleaning.

The site supervisor is a lazy bugger but is enjoying the digging experience all the same.
