I have used the leaves directly in my coffee but found that getting bits of the leaves in my mouth while drinking it annoyed me. Perhaps if I used some sort of tea filter to hold the leaves while being soaked might work but doesn't really suit the travel mug on the way to work.

I'm sure that when making herbal tea with home grown herbs or even tea from home grown tea leaves would be easy to sweeten with a few stevia leaves thrown in.

But I like honey in my tea so I might need some bees to pollinate my AP grown flowering plants.

Trivia answer: Tea is called 'Chai" in many languages (Russian, Czech, Swahili, Arabic, Spanish, too, I believe. plus many more.) Can anyone add to the list?

"one could grow soy and make soy milk."

i'd rather burn my tastebuds off with a hot spoon.
/me curses all soy products, even being lactose intolerant.

I don't know if they are that shy. I remember about 25 years ago at Coral Bay we were in a boat and there was a dugong with calf feeding in the water. A friend who was diving wanted me to come and lhave a closer look at them, I decided not to take a closer look in case mum got protective.
