We got given 50m of the yellow 63mm gas pipe. It is our main drain lines back to the sump.

good score on the pipe, it should fit star pickets if you have leftovers and need to build another shade house

Quick update, I finally dug in my sump tank yesterday ( well me and my mate Jack H Ammer :? ) and have most of the panels/tin on the shed roof.
I ended up buying a 1500l tank today for $550 cause I couldn't wait any longer and basically HATE the P word.
I pick up a heap of cool room panels tomorrow or Saturday to line the inside of the shed and to try and help with temps (don't know if it needs to go inside or outside to be practical but if anyone has ideas on this please do tell) and hopefully stop boiling fish.
After I finish this lot its basically time to start plumbing and look for another sub pump :D

I was thinking if it was on the inside there would be an extra air gap between tin supports and cool panels? inside it is :D

Much damage to the water line

The insulation side depends if you want to keep the heat out or in.
In your case i'd suppose to put it outside specially with the tin supports who will take a lot of heat from direct sun.

amacafish - the primary consideration out here will probably be weather. Is the insulation uv proof gn?

I was thinking of direct sun, forgot of the UV's. I suppose there isn't a lot of issues with rain frequency but with temperature variations between night and day. Usually the best insulation is on the outside because you can easier reduce the thermal links between inside and out.

And we also take weather in primary consideration down here! ;-))
