I have set up this thread - and made it a sticky - for everybody to use to make any off topic comments that take your fancy, without having to create a new thread or find one that may be relevant to your banter.

Go mental. See how long it takes us to get this to 100 pages

We could get it to 100 pages just by discussing the need for a 'running banter' thread :-)
Are we allowed to go OT on this thread? :-D

He's proof you don't need to be smart to be famous. (Or infamous!)

Also, I have discovered that kittens and phone cords are not good together.

I just thought my internet was being temperamental as usual for the last day or so, until I discovered one of the little monsters had managed to get the plug almost completely out.

No wonder I couldn't got it to work! Will have to teach them not to play with cords, I don't want any fried cats.

Yup, there's much better ways to prepare them for dinner :-)

Nah, in all seriousness, our kittens will attack anything suspended that can move.
One even likes getting in behind the PCs, I'm not sure it's intentional, but as he climbs over all the cords, half come out :-(

they're pesky hair dropping things, but I love em.

***Awww snag beat me to it :-( ***

Yup, The little guy was chomping on the vacuum cleaner cord till I pulled him off it yesterday. Today he was suspended on the PC cords.

Mind you, if I look at it from his point of view, I can see the attraction.

My toy - has taken me nearly 18 months (since I bought this canoe as an impulse buy on ebay) to pull my finger out and get her ready to sail. Can't wait to get out.

Has been out of the shed for ages (rotting away behind the shed in fact ). Is all good - will get some use soon I'm sure. Bought the motor new. Set me back a bit, but at least I know its history. The little 2 straoke should last me forever if I look after it properly.
