Hi, I am really interested in growing guarana, can we grow it in W.A? and where can i buy the seeds?

I am interested in growing either rice, guarana, coffee or tea (i know a little odd). Oh and chocolate (cocoa).

coffee's gonna be a problem , I remember reading somewhere that a single coffee tree only produces less than a kilo of coffee a year & it takes a while even to mature enough to do that

i remember looking into growing coffee but was put off by the ridiculously low yields
