This is a great site i stumbled upon. This group of dedicated volunteers try to educate the general public about the declining rate of native fish in New Zealand waters. One article shows them ridding a local dam of introduced koi carp using retonone to separate natives. Good to see fish conservation in action. https://www.facebook.com/nznativefish/?fref=nf |

.. Interesting site.. Sounds like they are doing some.good.. I like the idea of a CARP virus, but fear for it ending up like the rabbit viruses, that help for a time.. I was also interested in the observation on White-Bait, being such blatant destruction of juvenile stocks of needed.species.. .. |
