Decided to change the diaphrams in my koi air 25 as its been running for 12 months and has lost a bit of power.
Dunno what i did wrong but now it wont pump enough for the small aquarium :upset:
What can I do to stuff it up , anyone pulled one of these apart before successfully

G'Day Mantis,

Although I haven't seen inside one of these pumps I would be looking at the valves to make sure there is not anything stuck under one. There will be an inlet valve and a discharge valve. They may look the same so make sure one points inwards and the other points outwards. Or perhaps the diaphragm is not seated properly. Can you feel any air leakage around the head part of the pump? :think:

Ok, stand down, I forgot to replace one of the flapper valves DOH
