Jersey barriers, Plastic, Water-Filled Traffic Barricades |
I just had an idea that would cover a flood/drain table stand and also the sump that was used to fill the table. A Jersey barrier holds over 150 gallons of water each and I bet they would hold up to the abuse of weather and grow bed weight. If you used one on each side of the table as a support you could connect them both with a bulkhead and it would even allow a fish tank underneath. They average 45 inches high and might just be a space saver to someone out there. The down side may be how to procure such an item, I'd say look at on-line auctions
