Does anybody make/supply check valves for 19mm poly? It appears my new Tornado pump allows the water to flow back down from the tub above it on the back deck! |

Most pumps will. Especially centrifugal. Try taking the inflow pipe higher than the maximum water level, then it wont drain. |

Huh??? Make it higher then the max water level.... what the max head of the pump Kuda?? Don't know if they do make a check valve for 19mm... know there's a 25mm check valve... Why not just run the 19mm into 25mm pipe for supply to the beds?.... |

you can definately get a 19mm check valve. I know Murray had them because I got one off him once. I suspect irrigation shops may have one. |

Just put an air hole in the pipe so it breaks the siphon when the pump stops. |

So I made sure the inlet was above the max water level of the GB, and voila, only the water in the pipe drains, and it doesn't siphon from GB. Perhaps I read the question wrong. |

It's a bit of a strange set-up, but for now I've connected another bit of poly that extends up to the minimum water line, to stop the back flow. I'll try and find a check valve later |
