I want to buy a uni seal or bulkhead, preferring a bulkhead. They are not available in my country so I need to order online.

Here is the German site that sells them. If someone know a similar source with better prices please let me know.

My pipe is 75mm and hole is cca 77 mm.

Please let me know which one is correct so I can order it.

I think this is the one you need, but you have to increase the size of the hole. And nice job finding that website, Im going to order the same one.

Thanks Seppeo,

this site is pure mistery, there are so many numbers it is really hard to know what is what.

What about this:

I think that one will work, but it only has 1 rubber ring. The other pipe has 2 rings which probably seals it better. But i guess it depends what your using it for.

Ok let me clarify.

I need it for SLO it is connected in the side of FT and is entering the filter.

All is connected with 75 pvc tubes. The pvc knee is inserted through the hole. Right now all is sealed with silicone, but I want to replace it with bulkhead for simpler maintenance and cleaning. I also want to add a pipe on the bottom of filter but this is other story :)

I am attaching photos as well, hope it is more understandable now :D

I am still in the dark here. The reason is I never actually held a bulkhead in my hand. The question:

When you use the bulkhead do you slide the pipe all the way through or you slide it to the middle and connect another pipe from the other side?

In the process I found THIS and THIS looks much cheaper. Any thoughts?

Bulkhead fittings are usually two pieces (not including the seals) and the pipes then connect at either end. There may be some that I'm not familiar with though so no guarantees.

I have not looked at price comparison. However, this company went out of their way to make it easier for me to order from them. So, just throwing this site out there, for anyone who may think it might work for them:

The Uniseal Warehouse

They offer both Bulkheads and Uniseals.

Thanks for sharing, I didn't find the big ones though. I need a 75 cm - 29,5" one.

Also for me shipping from Germany is much better as there is no customs and tax fees :)

I received the bulkheads today and they dont look good.

From one side it fits perfectly 75mm, but from the other side they are 73mm :dontknow:

Is this normal or am I missing something. From the specs it said only 75mm.

Is there any way to fix this, should I complain or just order new ones :-x

Here is the description.
