So what is a good price? more specific in southern california....see lots of 125 . is that ballpark? |

That seems to be the going price for food grade ibc's here in central ca. Whether or not it's a "good" price can be a matter of opinion |

I think it depends on how frequently liquid foods are sold in "small" quantities. In large urban areas in the US, I think it would be common to see some commodities shipped via tanker trucks instead of individual IBC totes. Whereas in AUS (speculation), the volume of consumption of, for example, corn syrup, might be lower so smaller quantities are shipped via IBCs instead. Supply and demand. The company I work for actually has a whole corner of our yard full of empty IBCs but I've not even bothered asking about buying them as they were used to ship polyurethane isocyanate resins and there's really no way to clean them out. |

New Food Grade IBC's here. easily gettable for $100 (pick up price). (new, meaning original content has been emptied then placed for sale.) |
