Star drive bits. If you have a kit of screw driver bits, chances are you have them. They would likely be the ones still in the kit, because you have not used them enough to lose them or wear them out... |

They call them torx bits in Oz. A flat blade screw driver can work too. |

Torx bits here too. If you do any mechanical work, they're a must. Lots of body, frame parts use them. Like all tools, stay away from the cheap China series, they will strip off on anything very tight. SnapOn, Matco, Craftsmen...with the Sears brand being the least quality, but still no questions asked exchange warranty. |

I just use an angle grinder and slice its head off, or cut a slot across it and use a big flathead screwdriver |

When taking out screws ,please make sure you take out tank ,there you will find a star screw holding the base stand on bottom of tote middle bar .I learnt the hard way not realizing this screw hold every thing taught ,if not moved the outside star screws are to tight to move hope this helps If you are furnishing topes ,rather than drill ,example bolting wood or ply I use saddle clips 15mill ,small pipe clips ,saves drilling and time |
