Do you think this tote would be sturdy enough to be used as an indoor grow bed without adding any additional support?

I love the price and the dimensions are almost perfect for where I want to put it.

It may be ok - but will require some additional suport otherwise it will bow out

Yeah ArBe, I was actually just reading through all the reviews and found this...

"I bought this tote to use in a hydroponics grow, and it's sole use was to hold water for the nutrient solution. The first time I filled it (1/3 full) it sprung a leak, at the base, from the injection points for the mold. I solved the leak by using some silicone caulk, but feel that it should have been right from the start."

I think I will pass, my search continues.

I may try this if my local store has one in stock, it's a little smaller than I wanted but should be able to grow a few things in it.

They have a 40-gal version as well but it's a little too big for the stand that I already have built.
