You need something with a torx head. I got some with a cheap drill bit set purchased from B.

You can also use a blade bit or flat blade screw driver as the star sections are oposite to each other. I did that after I broke my torx bit on a rusted out one.

I think it might be a "T30" bit?

A standard "allen key"... will do the job... you can get a cheap set at Bunnings for next to nothing...

Actually... I think I unscrewed mine with the "bit" that came with some decking screws...

If that is a post in the center of the star then it's a form of security bolt. The star's on the IBC totes are T-45 for the ones I have used.

search for Torx T-45 Security Bit. Though without seeing it I can't be sure of the size.

A tool like this.
