G'day guys,

After having a chat with 'Rupert' today I'm ditching the 19mm poly pipe and want to run a large pipe from the pump. The pump is a 50mm threaded outlet, no dramas, but has anyone created a cheaper way to go through the FT or GBs instead of the $40 ish tank fittings?

Cheers,

Tristan

Why do you need to go "through" the fish tank or grow beds Tristan???

I drilled correct size hole through the grow bed, passed a PVC pipe through, and used J&B Weld from inside to seal the EPDM to the PVC pipe, and liquid metal Epoxy Putty from outside to secure it. It has held real good so far.
