Apparently they come in 25mm or 40mm input and output. The 25mm has 4, 6,8 ports. 40mm only 4 and 6 ports.

Question:

How reliable are they?
For 25mm, what water/pump pressure would be needed for it work properly?
How much time or flow for each port before it moves on to the next port?
What's the range of flow rate?

Thanks for helping.

Check out some of TCLynx's threads, she has done some research on low flow rates and would probably be able to best answer your questions here. A search here with some good information http://www.backyardaquaponics.com/forum/search.php?st=0&sk=t&sd=d&sr=posts&keywords=indexing

All the sequencing valves i have looked at online require the pump to stop and start to move it onto the next station

The valve in the photo has been running since 2009 with a 5000lpr pump running 6min on and 30secends off(I think) with only visual maintenance.

Yep... I've been running a couple of valves since I first began testing/prototyping them... about 3-4 years...

Only had to clean some leaf debris from them twice in that time....

You need a minimum of 3000L/H... at head... to ensure they operate reliably.... 4500L-6000L is probably optimal...
