yep - just never done that sort of thing before so I would have to get some pointers from our maintenance crew at work - they have done just about everything and should be able to give me some pointers....

Time to chip in.
Laminating cement/concrete is frought with danger, cold joins a 10 minutes stop in pouring concrete will produce a cold join, issues with Thermal co-efficents, osmossis and don't expect a very long service life.
I have repaired more than 300 concrete rainwater tanks, some of which were laminates. Hate them! with a passion though if that is all you have to work with then make a few, no a lot. and bund them so when they leak you don't loose all the water.
Much easier to pour insitu using your own forms to suit or hire them.

If you need advise on concreting there are a few granos here who could steer you in the right direction.
As a for as curing them, 28 days is what the books say, but freelimes will keep coming out for years.Water is the best curing compound.
Also heaps of nooks and crannies.
Easy to clean quick to construct hard as nails.
20000 gal tank consumes about $1500 of concrete.
