Exciting stuff Boss! Do you have a rough drawing on how you intend the water to flow?

Mostly in my mind. Water and waste will drop to the lowest point over a natural rock slanted side. Yes I should probably draw it. I'm immobilized for another day with a foley after a surgery (TURP) no big deal and I thought I'd be able to work on my computer while I recuperated. Turns out it was rough sitting at my desk. I feel better and yesterday I had only one pain killer, so my head is clearing up.
The plan is one main outflow after biofilters and GBs. Naively I'm thinking mixed species at this point. What I know about raising fish isn't much. Our Fish and Game dept on their site suggests it is fine to catch trout, bass or whatever and put them in our own ponds. That's where I'm going in my mind. What develops may be entirely different. Also I gather from reading that seasonally and or yearly fish stock can change, so I'm staying open minded If I do want to grow trout I'll need a larger flow to keep them exercised.
