Yeah, that would not happen. We check on everything all through the day. My wife does not work so she is always home and when we go somewhere someone stays at our house. We can't leave for more than a full day with all our critters. When I am home I check on things very often.

Also like I said when the tank is full there is no need to prime it. I could also lower the pump if I wanted but it works just fine.

I ordered some splitters and will run a short 3/8" hose to 4x 3/8" hoses to an airlift to see if I can get enough height to clear the tank walls. Hopefully this will get me started in the spring. I am picking up my 100 trout this weekend. Last year it was only 50 and we ate them to fast.
