Use paving paint.
It is hard wearing and made for outdoor use so is uv stable

Do you think I need to worry about the paint leaching in to the water some how? I'm worried the growbeds up top will chip or something... Or will everything be okay once it dries?

Or fence paint, that stuff is dirt cheap... And water based paint I would think rather than enamel.

Dont try with solar guard or the like it will just get scraped away.

I just bought a plastic paint in can im going to give it ago on my next GB - not cheap at $18 a spray can.....
