Iceman that is a pretty inefficient pump. They may be cheap but they are going to cost more in electricity over a year or two.

I have a few Laguna pumps from Age of Aquariums, 6000lphr I think, work well. Run for 3-4 yrs constant.
Have had one dead after few days, replaced and upsized free
Another ran for months then stopped, replaced free no questions since then no issues.
Hunt around the web and you can find pump curves or duties for these better pumps, will show flow at various heads, dont forget to add a meter or so for pipe losses. Most often this is the complaint with underperforming pumps.

Go with the Laguna pumps. Cost a bit more but they are built to last.
