Just picked up 4 IBC's with different numbers on the tags.

RL2066/8 Cationic Styrene Butadiene Latex - was very liquidy but now drying top skin

RL3045/1 - APEO free, thickener for paints, adhesive & compounds. - more like off paint

RL3079 Styrene Acrylic Co Polymers - Low to high PVC coatings. Decorative texture finishes. - Really hard and gummy

Will these be okay with a clean?
How to clean?
