Due to the heat wave I thought it a good time to dispatch the remainder of my trout tonight, only to discover that the vacuum sealer I bought 2nd hand does not work. I have only paid a deposit but what I'm fussed about is I now need to face the shops tomorrow to get one. The trout are sitting in brine currently.

Does anyone know where I can get one off the shelf as eBay is not an option. Was thinking BCF may have them? Just desperately trying to avoid the Xmas rush as much as possible.

Thanks journeyman, thanks plj. I have tried big w, they have none, I have no target or kmart where I live. Going to try our local harvey norman and home brew shop now
