Although I haven't yet put it to the test, I suspect that our 90mm stormwater pipe (standard, thin-walled gutter downpipe), for which no uniseals are specifically made, can also be used with 3" uniseals made for pressure pipe. The stormwater pipe has an OD of 90mm, which is only 1mm more than the 3" pressure pipe OD of 89mm. A tiny bit extra filing of the 4" diameter hole required for installation of the 3" pipe should allow the 90mm pipe to be pushed home.
It is great that uniseals are sufficiently accommodating that they can be used outside their intended range of tolerances.
