Hi all! I'm fairly new to aquaponics, in fact I'm still in the research stages of setting up a system, and I was wondering two things. 1) Which species of catfish are simple to care for and good eating? 2) Where are they available in South Australia? I've seen quite a few Gumtree adds for Brittlenose Catfish but they don't particularly strike me as an eating fish. I'm looking for something in roughly the 1ft and under category if that helps at all! Thanks in advance. |
