Humm.. "technology and design"... I thought it was "Aquaponics Research and Development" Would have thought the R&D would come before the T&D workshop... But what would I know.... seems to be a common practice to put the cart before the horse... in aquaponics training... yeah I know...couldn't resist... |

Charlie... please call me Vijay Strategy is being evolved to promote NARDC as an Aquaponics knowledge hub - a centre or local focal point for the exchange of Aquaponics knowledge, support, training, research, development and ideas. Response going so far good. |

Well done Vijay! Go head and spread knowledge your passion and commitment!! Good luck. I think Nanni knows the wording and title for his work, he did not appear to ask any of your suggestion but as you fell free to comment so do I. Also noting..... very interesting that is always the same three musketeer SLAGGING other posts! WORKSHOP or INFO SHARING: thanks for putting the dot on the I. very usefull post ideed Charlie. R&D or T&D before......does it matter so much to you? then you should run courses instead of him....rather than just BLA BLA BLA.....TAP TAP TAP. AQUATIC is now a TRADEMARK WORD? maybe in US where everything is owned by somebody! |

I am going over their site and reading their bio... it looks like they are a lake improvement company specializing in aeration and destratification. Are they into Aquaponics too? Do they have a working AP system? |

bioaquafarm wrote: Well done Vijay! Go head and spread knowledge your passion and commitment!! Good luck. Thanks a lot BAF! I really appreciate your kind support and nice words. Next training workshop is scheduled to be on December 14, 2013; 129 registered so far. We would pick the first 50 and accommodate the rest on a different date. There are a large number of people, small (<5kL fish tank)/medium (<10kL fish tank) /big (>50kL), expressing their interest in starting up AP. Any inputs you have on mass scale start-ups, kindly do share. What are the things one needs to look at and keep them in the forefront of their mind before starting up Aquaponics - hobby-style or commercial? I welcome all inputs! |

Hi again NA Nanniode Aquaponics wrote: Are they into Aquaponics too? Do they have a working AP system? They are, but my impression is that their main product is selling, a variety of equipment from hobby aquarium to pro aquaqulture.....etc. http://www.aquaticeco.com/topics/16/Ponics-Supplies At the bottom of the page there is a video Ryan is in it, from his time with the company before he quit the job and started his own fulltime AP farm I think they only have demo systems ? and provide training, it's not a farm cheers |
