Yeah, all done. Matthew kindly promoted the Backyard Aquaponics shop and I got to tell everyone about the forum and the magazines that we produce. He loved the website and i think he might be hooked.

Hi Faye, Listened to the show,good to hear the aquaponic word being spread around the airways. I do a little word spreading of aquaponics on amateur radio.Anyway good show the gardening show. Hope to get down to the shop next week for fish food. Regards Peter |

Damn it Faye, the shop is flat out today, and most of them say they're here because they heard it on the radio yesterday... I can't believe it, even though it's cloudy and rainy out there they just keep on coming..... |

Oh well, I must not have done too badly, because I have been invited back to Curtin 100.1 FM radio tomorrow at 9am. It's called" Lets Talk Gardening" and anyone that knows me will say I do that very well, or at the very leat I never stop.  Eddy (Dear Husband) has stated that I am not allowed to tell people that "Aquaponics is the answer to every garden problem, however I may have to argue that one! Q. I am having trouble with caterpillars, what should I do? A. Pick them off and feed them to the fish  Q. How can I keep stop my vegetables from drying out in Summer and provide them with regular water. A. That's easy, just install a growbed above a pond or aquaculture tank and pump the water up on a timed cycle, that way you can grow your fish and eat them too. See aquaponics is the answer to whatever the question is? |

Well my "Lets talk gardenning" stint is over for the day. We got 2 callers about aquaponics  Matthew said he would like me back early next year to talk about setting up an aquaponics system. Yeeha! the word is spreading!
