Well a month to go and the Narrogin Spring Festival will be upon us, I have opened my system for viewing and Faye & Eddy will be down for the weekend, Faye will do 3 talks over the weekend, Saturday at 1.00pm and 3.30pm and Sunday 11.00am, as well as my system BYAP will have other displays, I certainly am excited about the weekend and already huge interest in checking out the displays and discussions, so Faye will be busy :D check out the web site (link above) the festival is all about spring and gardens, many of Narrogins Gardens are open for the weekend with a huge variety of flowers and landscaping plus street parade and stalls and activities spread around town, will be BBQ etc at my place on Saturday Night if forum members wish to call in, but let me know, if anyone wants accommodation I can arrange cheap hotel rooms at the local or contact me and I will supply numbers for the motels, for those who are keen I have plenty of tent space at my place :D
Narrogin is about 1hr and 45 mins from Armadale, population about 5000, 3 hotels, 27 cafe's and takeaways, 3 taxi's, 2 Motels, and several B&B's, so come on down, no entry fee's to any displays or gardens so can't get any cheaper than that, fuel is about 2c dearer than Perth but most should easily get here and back on less than a tank full, but not only for citites, if your in Kalgoorlie, Margaret River or even Port Hedland, and have nothing to do then get here and have a good time. If anyone wants any info please PM me and I will help you out.
For now I have a month of tiding up the yard :evil: and will be in big trouble as I will be weeding with round-up :twisted: so at least have pity on me :blackeye:

I have no problem with weeding with it, just my knowledge of weeds and new plants isn't much, anything green and small gets a whiff, how am I to know she just blew a carton buying new plants :dontknow: reckon she should weed before planting them
I would take one for the team if Mr Monsanto joins me for a taste

My sheep are weeding the driveway at present. I could lend you a few but they don't know the difference between weeds and vegies. (if you can't eat it it must be a weed!!) They would be good at trimming off your grow beds too, but I wouldn't let you eat one for the team.

Plenty of caravan and tent space out here too.

Bit of an error in the times above Faye will be talking at 2pm and 3pm on Saturday, maybe someone could fix that up :mrgreen:

Wow this spring festival is hard work, heaps and heaps of tiding up and then some tiding up :lol: wow the place has collected some junk in 8 years, alas has now gone to the tip :( but will have plenty of more time to recollect, 3 weeks to go :)

Woops, missed this one. Any opportunity to go flying should not be missed. I reckon I could do that for you Ozz, how would you get back.?? If it was in the school holidays two trips would be ok, the war office may think otherwise just being on a weekend is the catch.

My friend and i will be headin down that weekend. Gonna kill 2 birds with 1 stone and go to wave rock as well (i know its not really that close, but closer than usual).
Nocky or Rick where can i pitch my double swag?
Would be great to finally meet all you guys and see your progress on the nockypod :D . Nocky, BBQ sounds great :D . I'll bring some drinks :drunken:
