I can relate to the usage of water..... Without going into detail of my crappy water association and their business practices......too much already.

No, software doesn't do things like this, it's hiring a talented artist who does line drawings, and then colours them in.

That's some funny stuff! I can't believe I missed these back in '17. Awesome artwork. We're headed into [another] severe drought here in So. Cal. USA. I would like to repost the water restrictions cartoon. How should I credit the image?
