I haven't had a lot to do with Friendlies though many years back I spoke with them about their manuals they were selling. They were pretty expensive for manuals plans etc, but they offered to give me a wholesale discount if I wanted to buy a few, saying that I would be their supplier of the manuals in Australia, and that if they had any inquiries for manuals from someone in Australia they would send them my way.. I think I bought 5 or 6 of them, some commercial and some family, cost a few grand all up. 6 months later I spoke with someone in Australia who had just bought their friendly manual directly from them, no redirection to BYAP.. Another 6 to 12 months later there was another person from within Australia with the same story. Personally or professionally I won't deal with them again. |

Man, that's messed up Earthbound. Sorry that happened to you. That's about the equivalent of stealing in my book. Yeah, I don't think I'll be doing business with people that do that kind of stuff. Thanks for the replies, guys. I think I'll just get a few books and learn what I can from here. |
