No, software doesn't do things like this, it's hiring a talented artist who does line drawings, and then colours them in.

That's some funny stuff! I can't believe I missed these back in '17. Awesome artwork. We're headed into [another] severe drought here in So. Cal. USA. I would like to repost the water restrictions cartoon. How should I credit the image?
