Would anyone know where to get the piggyback plug that can be wired onto a float switch for controlling a pump?

I imagine it is much the same as a normal piggyback plug but with two active terminals for the switch wire.

My point is that if you have to ask, you should get an electrician to do it.

Ok so after a lot of shopping around it seems there is only one place based in SA which sells what I am after and they don't sell the plug on their own. http://www.creativepumps.com.au/work/fl ... itches.htm I find it very frustrating how much the price increases with the length of the lead considering it will only be a twin active.

Has anyone found a float switch with an ELV sensor and 240v relay?

Can I ask what you're planning to do with it? Just in case there might be another way.

Lots of people here have powerful Fu when it comes to manipulating water.

I have my pump at the bottom of my fish tank. I want to use the float switch as a level switch so when my water drops below a set point the pump stops pumping just incase I have a leak in one of the pipes on the way to the grow bed. I've been running my system for about 2 years without a problem but just want an extra protection incase one of my joints or what ever fail. Would hate to come home to find a dry tank.
Thanks
