I think I broke the internet.

I posted a lot of questions to the world's forums with my alter egos, and I think much of the world's computer power is working on the chicken resistance problem.

Either that or I need to update my Flash player. But it's definitely one or the other



Sometimes I wonder about the people that take what I post literally. Oh well.

I studied brining when I was at the CIA, but I think I dosed off when the chef was explaining what actually happens in the process. Lol

Lots of science coming in from the far corners of the net.

Someone should make a filter.

Sometimes I think doing 120thingsin20years is a thing, sometimes I think it's just a filter.

If you're trying to make a metal file capable of filing another metal file, where do you start? Do you do a search for something like "I want to file a file".

Sometimes you get something amazing, sometimes you get that feeling of futility when you rub two files together. Totally frictionless, totally pointless.

Why am I telling you this.

Chicken resistance.

resistance is futile..

there are a couple of reasons for the brine..
the first is salt makes stuff taste better ..the sugar balances the saltiness out..
the second is moisture, stuff will dry out when you smoke it, especially cold smoking..
you could soak the chicken in water, but then you'd be smoking some bland chicken...
