What are the best led grow lights (full spectrum) under $300 in Canada?

I have no idea which ones are the best, but I can tell you this:

Purchased this first:

Poor quality, some LEDs were not working out of the box, and third of the LEDs were flashing. Sent it back for refund, than bought this:

Much better quality, with built in timer ( on top ) and bloom/flower switch. SO far so good, my strawberry loves it, timer works perfectly and easy to set up. I think I will buy 6 more of this for the rest of the system.

Depends on your grow space, I have used MarsHydro which seem reasonable for the price.

Don't know how much they are in Canada.

I got a meizhi 450 I believe and I think it was close to $200. And I got a vipar spectra 450 and I think it was closer to $220. I haven't tried out the vipar spectra yet but I liked the meizhi.
