Can anyone tell me when olives are ripe
I have a tree in the backyard thats covered in fruit but I have no idea when they are ready for harvest, & no idea what to do with them.
Don't know what variety they are, the tree was here before I was

What about a photo? Some will change colour and drop if you shake the tree when they are ready.

the trees close to the AP system does that count.
