Probably... but why bother being in two places at once.... that's what the forums for....

Facebook is just for tragics... who have nothing else to do...

Facebook has started many a war between siblings, inlaws, even my parents in our family, it's known as the fb effect.

I'm on it with a very select few freinds and family members to mainly share photos of the kids etc. Any known fb terrorists in my family have been banished haha

It's evil and shit but I don't want to start a war by closing my account ahaha

I deactivate mine all the time. That stops a lot of people I can't remember wanting to be friends. Is handy for finding old school mates.

:D Well I must be a tragic :( I facebook and have had a great time with it and will even go as far to say met my current GF there.
Yeah, yeah I can read ya thoughts, but imagine if the whole talking to different folk from different backgrounds didn't happen....we would not be here discussing what we do, I would not have met a great bunch of crew and would never have thought of getting plants to help keep fish

I have found out a heap of information that I wanted to find out, I have made a lot of freinds that I talk to on a daily basis...and.... I even went to America for a month last March to meet one of those friends and had a complete blast :D
I'm know it has some nasty downsides but as with anything else in life, if you educate yourself to the nasties you can go accordingly.
I'm not pro FB by any means but I don't mind it :)

That's cool if ya don't Facebook. I'm with gnash though. I Facebook daily, met people with things in common, and it makes me feel worldly :) To me it's a little more intricate then a forum though. Plus I'm totally immature :bootyshake: and play Fishville. There's some cool aquaponic people I've found on there with a wealth of .info

Boy there are a lot of FB critics. I use it to share pics with friends and family. I never had a problem with it. I turned my settings to "friends only" for everything. I don't like it when random people I don't know or hardly know look through my FB. I realized I should do this after I was able to look through my ex GFs facebook despite not being friends (I know I shouldnt have looked but it was just too tempting). She had a bunch of racy pics I'm sure she didn't want anyone else to see except her close friends, yet there they were for the whole world to see.

Just get your settings right and you are all good.

I think I made the mistake of playing FB games early on, the sort that you need to keep adding more friends, so that you can get further in the game, vampires, mafia wars etc.... So you add hundreds of random "friends" so that you can get further in the games, then you have hundreds of people you don't know, writing on your wall and sending useless stuff about other games they are playing..

I get rid of most people, have around 50 "friends" but most of them I have actually met in person, the rest are just hangers on whom want to gossip and be pains in the arse...so the delete button is a good thing.
The movie about the fruit loop that started FB is coming out soon, one of the comments this young guy made early on in the peice was "I can belive people trust me with this shit"
