Just thought i'd start a thread to try probe some members as to what is for dinner??, maybe Pickup some new Ideas/Recipes, and share some cooking love around!

Im about to Stick a Rolled Pork In the spit, with some nice oven baked potatoes, pumpkin, sweet Potatoes and steamed greens!

Done a test run Sarvo on some Oven dried tomatoes, with a MintBasil, oregano (both from my AP) and garlic Pesto over them, also done an eggplant since i had one there. nice aroma through the house too after 5 hours of cooking

Very Nice on some bikkies with some Tangy cheese!

Having a go at smoking a trout (purchased) as we speak. Got lots of smoke happening
Thats the wife and I taken care of but dunno what the kids are gonna have
